Impellers, main shafts and bearings should be inspected particularly carefully
Before installation, you should prepare installation materials and tools, and check the various parts of the fan. The impeller, main shaft and bearing should be inspected carefully. If damage is found, it should be repaired, and then the inside of the bearing box should be cleaned with kerosene. The following points must be paid attention to during the installation operation:
1. Some joint surfaces should be coated with grease or mechanical oil in order to prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties.
2. For the bolts on the joint surface, if there are positioning pins, the pins should be installed first, and then the bolts should be tightened.
3. Check the inside of the casing and other casings, and there should be no leftover tools and sundries that have fallen in.
Installation requirements
1. When installing the fan, the weight of the gas pipeline should not be added to the casing. Correct the gap size between the air inlet and the impeller according to the drawings, and keep the shaft horizontal.
2. When installing the air inlet pipe, you can directly use the bolt connection of the air inlet itself. At this time, the air inlet is fixed by three countersunk screws.
3. When the outlet is installed at a certain angle, the rear disc can rotate properly to keep the card in a horizontal position, and the flange surface of the angle steel №8~12 should be kept level.
4. When installing the №8~12D type fan, use the dial indicator and the ruler to measure the coaxiality of the fan main shaft and the motor shaft and the non-parallelism of the two ends of the coupling. The tolerance of non-parallelism of the two axes is 0.05mm. The tolerance of non-parallelism on both ends of the coupling is 0.1mm.
5. After the fan is installed, turn the rotor with your hand or lever to check whether there is any over-tightening or collision. Only when there is no such phenomenon can you try to run.
6. After the motor is installed, install the belt pulley or coupling guard. If the air inlet is not connected to the air inlet pipe, it is also necessary to add a protective net or other safety devices (provided by the user). Other parts are installed according to the drawings.

Therefore, the spindle speed should not be changed when the motor capacity does not change. If the spindle speed increases, the motor may be burnt due to overload.
The power of the motor used in the fan refers to the power required when the air outlet is fully opened under specific working conditions, plus mechanical losses and due reserves. If the outlet or inlet of the fan is not connected to the pipeline or is running without external resistance, the motor may also be burnt. For safety, a valve should be added to the outlet or inlet pipeline of the fan, and the motor should be closed when the motor is started, and the valve should be slowly opened after operation until the specified working condition is reached, and pay attention to whether the motor current exceeds the specified value.
